PayNovo is a consultancy firm that works only with regulated entities in the UK, EU and other jurisdictions to serve our clients and to ensure that regulated payment and e-money services are always provided by appropriately authorised partners.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PayNovo website, any online portals we provide, and any related services we deliver in connection with our partners (collectively, the “Services”).

PayNovo works with regulated entities in the UK, EU and other jurisdictions to provide payment and foreign exchange services. Depending on your country of registration, you will enter into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant regulated entity, and your funds will be safeguarded and handled in accordance with that entity’s regulatory obligations and safeguarding policies.
PayNovo provides the front-end platform, tools, reporting and support. Execution of regulated transactions, holding of client money, and safeguarding of funds are the responsibility of the relevant regulated partner.

We may log and monitor activity on the platform (including communications with us or our partners) to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, manage risk and ensure the proper operation of the Services.
Instructions relating to foreign exchange trades, payments or other transactions may be given via the platform, by email, or by other channels agreed with us or with a partner. In many cases, your binding obligations will arise when an order is accepted and confirmed by the relevant partner.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all instructions (including beneficiary details, currency, amount and settlement dates) are complete and accurate. Neither we nor our partners are responsible for loss arising from incorrect or incomplete instructions supplied by you.
Execution times, cut-off times, settlement dates and other operational details will be governed by your agreement with the relevant regulated entity and any associated documentation.
Fees, charges and foreign exchange rates applicable to specific transactions will be disclosed either through the platform, in a quote, or by the relevant regulated entity.
You are responsible for all taxes and charges that may apply to your use of the Services.
All content on the PayNovo website and platform (including logos, branding, text, graphics, software and layouts) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the website or platform without our prior written consent, except as strictly necessary to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

In addition, regulated partners will process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and regulatory obligations, including KYC/AML checks and transaction monitoring.

Where your complaint relates to regulated payment or e-money services carried out by a regulated partner, we may direct you to raise the complaint directly with that entity, or we may coordinate with them to ensure it is logged and handled under the relevant complaints procedure.
You may also have rights to escalate certain complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service or other bodies, depending on your status and the nature of the services. Details will be provided by the relevant regulated entity.
